The rooms are bright, with large windows, and are laid out as follows:
Double bedroom 1:
- 15 sqm, 1 x double bed, 2.00 m x 1.80 m
- Bedside tables with lamp
- Chests of drawers with pull-out compartments and a wardrobe for hanging clothes

Double bedroom 2:
- 12 sqm, 1 bed, 2.00 m x 0.80 m, extendable to 1.60 m for a fourth person

Open-plan kitchen-living room
The open-plan kitchen-living room is 41 sqm and features a TV with satellite connection; it's the main living space of the flat. The entrance leads directly into the kitchen-living room.
This room has a corner kitchen with a glass dining table for 4 people, and the following appliances:

Seating area
The seating area is a pull-out corner sofa, 2.20 m x 1.60 m, with a chaise and sleeping function, offering additional space for 2 more overnight guests.
The flat is therefore temporarily limited to a maximum of 6 people and is not suitable for permanent occupancy at that capacity.
There's also a corner bar with 4 bar stools in this room, along with a large mirror and storage space for jackets and shoes.
